About the role
The role of a Production Marketing Graphic Designer involves transforming creative concepts into tangible marketing materials. This position typically requires a strong understanding of production processes and requirements, collaboration with the production team, and the ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. The designer is responsible for producing graphics that align with the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
###In this role you will :
- Collaborating with the production team to address any issues or discrepancies.
- Working closely with the development team to create clean and impactful assets.
- Producing advertising and marketing materials, including digital banners, email and website graphics, print materials and more.
- Do multiple assets within deadlines.
- Update collateral and assets with new material or modified layouts.
###What we are looking for :

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design.

Degree in graphic design in a recognized institute.

Knowledge of marketing design principles.

Knowledge of : Adobe Creatrive Suite and Office Suite: Microsoft Office 365.

Follow and apply graphic standards to create harmonious and efficient composition.
###Dans ce rôle, vous devrez :
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de production afin de résoudre tout problème ou écart;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de développement pour créer des éléments visuels propres et percutants;
- Produire des supports publicitaires et marketing, incluant des bannières numériques, des visuels pour courriels et sites web, des documents imprimés, et plus encore;
- Réaliser plusieurs déclinaisons d’assets dans les délais fixés;
- Mettre à jour les supports et éléments graphiques avec du nouveau contenu ou des mises en page révisées.
###Ce que nous recherchons :
- Connaissances de la Suite Adobe Creative et de la Suite Office : Microsoft Office 365;
- Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en design graphique;
- Diplôme en design graphique d’un établissement reconnu;
- Connaissance des principes de design marketing;
- Capacité à suivre et appliquer les normes graphiques afin de créer des compositions harmonieuses et efficaces.
