The Site Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
- Lead on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain seamless operations.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and practices on-site.
- Manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to avoid project delays.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders as required.

The successful Site Superintendent:
- Able and willing to travel and work across the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and Fraser Valley
- Must have 5+ years of experience as a Construction Super working for a General Contractor
- Must have Gold seal
- Carpenter
- Willingness to be hands-on in the field and to work occasional night shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
