Role Overview: This role involves reviewing, validating, and processing financial documents in French for a technology and AI-driven organization. The position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance, and audit readiness. This work directly supports financial transparency and operational efficiency in a high-growth AI environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review financial documents including invoices, receipts, and contracts in French to verify accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure all financial records are properly categorized, coded, and documented in the organization’s financial systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and validate financial data before final approval.
- Maintain organized digital records of all processed documents with clear audit trails for internal and external reviews.
- Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements while processing sensitive financial information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English, with strong written communication skills for document review and validation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial document processing, accounting support, or related administrative finance roles.
- Proficiency in using financial software or ERP systems for document tracking and record-keeping.
- Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in financial documentation.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
