We’re looking for a highly engaged person to fill the role of Member Advisor, Personal Banking at our Birch Hills Advice Centre. You’ll maintain and build the overall relationship with members by providing advice, banking, and lending solutions so that they can achieve their personal and financial goals.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver exceptional member experiences as you spot opportunities and member needs, selling deposit, investment and loan products and coordinating referrals to other specialists when appropriate
- Offer member education and demonstration, using technology to deliver a remarkable member experience, drive sales, retain business, and help transition day to day banking.
- Prepare documentation for account openings and lending solutions and approving loans within assigned lending limits
- Complete Powers of Attorney and estates matters

What you’ve got:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field and 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid sales ability in growing a book, achieving targets and building a pipeline using a member-centric approach
- Experience with using a broad range of digital channels and devices
