Job Description Job Description Prepare food for a high-volume hotel kitchen which includes banquet and conference facilities, full service restaurant and lounge, room service and government emergency services contracts. Primarily responsibility for food preparation and line service Reports to Executive Chef, Sous Chef. Full time How You’ll Make an Impact: Supporting the Chef to deliver on defined day to day activities for our client contract regarding all Food Service Delivery in a Hotel kitchen. You will use your skills to assist in creating an excellent food service offering for the clients and guests of this site General food production, cooking, serving as well as other duties assigned Follow all the different Sodexo Programs: Food Safety, Health and Safety, policies and procedures, as well as marketing. Qualifications What You’ll Need to Succeed: Minimum of 1-3 years in a similar role (high-volume banquet and catering experience is an asset).
