  • Determine work costs in accordance with standard methods and established plans and specifications
  • Write site notes, reports, and formal notices to contractors to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors to annotate plans and produce plans as surveyed
  • Track project schedules, attend site meetings, and verify construction progress and quality.
  • Provide technical support in the interpretation of plans, specifications, and contracts, and assist in resolving site issues.
  • Review, assess, and negotiate change orders and cost adjustments with contractors.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in site supervision of building mechanical or electrical systems, or a demonstrably equivalent level of experience gained through relevant roles in construction trades.
  • Working knowledge of local, and provincial building codes, construction principles, techniques and procedures, occupational hazards and safety precautions.
  • Ability to interpret sketches, drawings and other similar material.
  • Must posses a valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Versatility, autonomy, and strong communication skills.
  • Strong skills in report writing and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
