Job Title: Cognos Developer Location: Toronto, ON Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days at client office) Experience Required: 6–8 Years Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extension if required) Required Skills IBM Cognos Cognos Data Integration Job Description We are looking for a Cognos Developer with 6–8 years of experience to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting solutions using IBM Cognos, enabling data-driven decision-making across insurance and financial services. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, and frameworks using Report Studio/Analytics. Design data models, packages, and metadata layers for business reporting. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance. Support production issues, enhancements, and release deployments. Integrate Cognos with enterprise data platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure data services. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and documentation.
