We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Edmonton team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating a positive customer experience by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented support to our large client base.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional support by phone and email.
- Accurately manage order entry, follow-ups, shipment tracking, returns, credits, and account updates.
- Ask open-ended questions to uncover customer needs and recommend the right products, services, or alternatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to support sales growth by recognizing leads and suggesting value-added solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by keeping them informed until their requests are resolved.
- Take ownership of customer issues, reducing hand-offs and ensuring seamless service.
- Keep detailed and accurate records in our CRM to support both customer service and the sales cycle.
- Partner with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Support the growth of our E-Commerce platform by assisting customers with online ordering and navigation.
- Continuously build your knowledge of Levitt-Safety’s products, services, and systems.
- Contribute to team and company initiatives as needed.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in a B2B distribution environment (knowledge of purchase orders, inventory, SKUs, and shipping is a plus).
- Experience in the safety industry or a safety-focused organization is an asset.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional, customer-first mindset.
- Excellent phone etiquette and confidence handling customer interactions.
- Computer proficiency: MS Office (especially Excel), CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who values collaboration and supports shared success.
