Third Rock is currently seeking a permanent full-time Survey Crew Chief for urban projects in the Calgary area. Experience in survey evidence assessment, subdivisions, real property reports, and development permits will make you an ideal candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to field survey practice in a professional, timely manner.
• Engage with the team and the general public through the course of your duties.
• Maintain equipment, vehicle, and survey gear.
• Work hard and work safely.

Experience and Education

• A combination of Geomatics/Survey diploma or degree and survey experience within Alberta is required (5+ years).
• Specific experience in our Industry and Location is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge in the operation of RTK, Robotic Multi Station, and Controller.
• Understanding of professional and regulatory requirements.
