We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Lead to supervise, coordinate, and actively contribute to the successful delivery of Microsoft 365 migration services, including the transition from Google Suite. This role requires strong leadership, resource management, and technical collaboration to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and active participation in migration execution.

• Monitor team performance and enforce quality control standards, methods, and procedures throughout all phases of the project or program.

• Develop and maintain risk and impact analyses, and implement strategies to manage and mitigate service delivery risks.

• Collaborate closely with senior technical teams and technical architects to ensure infrastructure components are aligned with application delivery requirements.

• Lead and manage change initiatives systematically to maintain system availability, performance, and reliability throughout the migration lifecycle.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and delivery frameworks, while continuously improving delivery processes and team capabilities.

• Actively contribute to the planning and execution of Google Suite to Microsoft 365 migration activities.

Skills and Experience

• 8ಏ years of experience in leading large-scale digital or infrastructure delivery projects.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 migration projects, including Google Suite to M365 transitions.
• Strong understanding of M365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and its integration with application ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex technical environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise change management and risk mitigation strategies.
• Availability to work on-site or in hybrid mode in one of the following locations: Montreal, Valcourt, Sherbrooke, or Brossard.
