As a Lead Generation Specialist at Vooban, you will be focused on generating leads through various channels across different markets. You will play a key role in building and optimizing our lead acquisition engine, from creating and managing targeted campaigns to overseeing the qualification process, ensuring our outreach pipeline is strong, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives.
Your mission? To boost Vooban's brand awareness, identify, attract, and nurture the right prospects – turning them into valuable opportunities that help drive our growth while accelerating our sales cycles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven lead-generation strategies to support Vooban's growth objectives.
- Oversee the lead qualification process, ensuring consistent application of criteria.
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, newsletters, landing pages, and more.
- Implement and manage lead nurturing automation in HubSpot.
- Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value prospects.
- Apply growth marketing tactics to accelerate lead acquisition.
- Develop and deploy intent marketing strategies to capture high-intent prospects.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices – testing and validating new products, services, or markets to continually optimize lead generation efforts.

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead qualification, and sales enablement.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of ABM and growth marketing best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing.
- Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience creating and managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Experience in new market development or international marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot).
- Understanding of ABM, intent marketing, and KPI tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
