- 2–3 years full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment
- Comfortable flexing across multiple functions, priorities, and hiring managers
- Strong sourcing chops (LinkedIn, Github, outbound outreach)
- Experience building structured interview plans and guiding hiring managers through a consistent, effective hiring process

What the job involves
- We’re growing quickly and need a flexible recruiter who can support top-of-funnel and full-cycle recruiting for both GTM and Engineering pipelines
- Own end-to-end recruiting across GTM (AE, CSR, Marketing, Success) and Engineering (Full-stack, Infra, Product, Data) roles
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build, own, and nurture talent pipelines for technical and leadership roles
- Source, screen, and guide candidates through a structured, brand-forward experience
- Manage candidate communication, scheduling, and hiring manager syncs with velocity
- Flex capacity based on business need (e.g., prioritize CSR class builds in HTX; focus on Eng reqs in Toronto hub)
- Drive ATS hygiene and reporting (Ashby) to keep leadership aligned on pipeline health
- Be an ambassador for The Homie Way in every candidate interaction
