About the role
What You?ll Do:
Join a hands-on team building HVAC products that people count on every day. As an experienced welder, you?ll read and interpret blueprints, set up and operate welding equipment, and produce high-quality welds. You?ll work with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and safety while helping maintain production targets and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Driving Responsibilities:
- Production MIG welding
- Respond to deadlines and production efficiencies independently
- Maintain an excellent attendance record (able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week)
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a great team player
- Operate various hand tools
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of welding experience or a combination of education and experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work orders, including bills of materials
- Safety oriented track record
- Attention to detail and commitment to produce quality product
- Must be willing and available to work rotating shifts
