- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide accurate information on insurance products and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Develop personalized insurance solutions for clients.
Experience/Qualifications
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Proven experience in customer service within the finance and insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills for proactive client engagement.
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Experience with compliance and regulatory standards in the insurance sector.
