Engage2Excel is seeking a Customer Service Agent based in Canada (preferably Quebec) who enjoys helping others, contributing ideas, and delivering excellent customer service.

Your Impact
You will be a reliable support partner, assisting customers and ensuring their requests are handled efficiently and correctly.

Assist customers via phone and ticketing systems based on program specifications

Respond to inquiries related to accounts, orders, products, websites, shipping, and returns

Coordinate shipments and returns

Provide information and basic technical assistance

Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as required
Who Thrives Here
This role is ideal for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience who enjoy multitasking and communicating with confidence.
You’ll succeed if you bring:

Experience in a customer service environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong typing skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Languages:
Fluency in English and French is required, as you will support clients within and outside Quebec.
