We’re supporting a growing technology business in the search for a Client Success Coordinator to act as the central point of contact across different portfolios, ensuring seamless communication, proactive issue resolution, and strategic client support.
In this role, you’ll serve as the go-to liaison for clients, developers, and IT techs — owning the full lifecycle of client coordination from updates and meetings to documentation and QA. You’ll play a key role in uncovering client pain points and making sure every project is delivered smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
- Deliver clear, timely updates on projects and service status.
- Schedule on-site meetings and ensure technicians are prepared with the right equipment.
- Perform QA reviews of deliverables before client handoff.
- Assist developers in managing workloads and approving hours on tasks.
- Ensure all contracts, SOWs, and paperwork are complete and current.
- Coordinate with finance on billing issues and documentation.
- Uncover client pain points and identify opportunities for additional support or services.
- Own the client success process—anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., account coordination, project coordination, client success).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical clients.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
- A business-minded approach to uncovering needs and opportunities.
- Able to operate independently and make intelligent decisions without constant supervision.
- Availability to work standard EST business hours.
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Remote within Canada (preference for EST working hours)
