What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online
- Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Support customers with our online booking system
- Help with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding
- Answer inquiries with kindness and accuracy
- Keep the ticket office organized and stocked
- Perform light cleaning and basic administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays and split shifts
- Must be able to work from either of our Edmonton office locations
- A friendly, service-first attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Quick learner with great attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
- Ability to meet all pre-employment background screening requirement
