  About the role:

  We are actively searching for a System Administrator & Financial Analyst. Reporting to the Manager, Operational Excellence, the Systems Administrator & Financial Analyst sets up and maintains Operational Excellence processes within the initiative management system (IDHall), ensures financial viability of solutions and opportunities, and develops performance reporting. The role enables accurate portfolio tracking, benefits realization, and timely, reliable dashboards to support decision-making.

  This role is located at the Cote Gold Mine Site on a Monday-Thursday schedule.

  Responsibilities:

• Configure and administer the OE initiative management system (IDHall), including workflows, permissions, templates, and metadata

• Maintain data governance standards, quality controls, auditability, and change logs across the OE portfolio

• Develop, review, and validate business cases, including ROI, payback, and financial assumptions

• Partner with Finance to track realized savings and benefits and align reporting with budget cycles

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, standardized KPI reports, and automated data pipelines

• Publish monthly benefits realization and variance reports, highlighting risks and corrective actions

• Provide system user support, onboarding, training, and development of job aids and documentation

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and data privacy requirements

QualificationsKey Skills & Knowledge:

• Post‑secondary degree in finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, benefits realization, and business case development
• Experience with initiative or portfolio management systems (e.g., IDHall or similar)
• Knowledge of data governance, reporting standards, and internal controls

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or systems administration
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards and automated reports in Power BI
• Proven ability to manage data quality, reconciliation, and portfolio‑level reporting
• Experience in mining or heavy industry environments is considered an asset

Salary Range: $89,000- $133,500 + bonus
The final offer is determined based on your individual skills, qualifications, and competencies and aligned with our commitment to internal equity.
