What we are looking for:
A dedicated and experienced Bakers to join our diverse and passionate culinary team at our Spaccio East Commissary location in downtown Toronto for the Holiday Season. Spaccio East is our open concept commissary, storefront and fully licensed restaurant with two-floors of full service dining space. In this unique and beautifully designed space, customers can eat and drink while overlooking the kitchen as our chefs, cooks and bakers are busy making breads, pastries, pastas and other goods for our locations and for purchase at the storefront. It is a lively environment where wine, food and the theatrics of production meet. The ideal candidate will bring a hardworking and positive team spirit approach to working in a high volume kitchen environment.
Description of Role:
Reporting to the Head Baker, you will prepare, proof and bake a variety of bread and pizza products. This is a full time, 4:30 am start day shift position.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year baking experience
- Punctual and dependable (Morning shifts 5:00 am to 1:00 pm)

- Consistently follow and execute a given recipe to the highest standards
