Description The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for building and leading the operational infrastructure necessary to scale a high-growth property management organization. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, develop organizational systems and standards, drive accountability and performance, and ensure consistent execution across all business units. The successful candidate will be a strategic operator, change leader, and people developer with a passion for building organizations, improving performance, and creating exceptional client experiences. This role is not focused on human resources administration. While leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning are important components of the position, the primary focus is operational leadership, business performance, process improvement, and scalability. The Vice President of Operations will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company and establishing the operational foundation required to support significant growth over the coming years. Profile A successful VP of Operations should have: Proven experience in operational leadership within the property industry. Proven experience leading multiple departments and functions within a service-based organization. Demonstrated success scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth. Strong financial, operational, and business management expertise. Experience building systems, processes, reporting structures, and organizational frameworks. Proven ability to lead leaders and develop high-performing teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives. Job Offer Competitive salary range of $180000 to $200000 CAD. Comprehensive full benefits package.
