Based in St-Bruno, Quebec, you will be part of the Methods & Tools team and will oversee the development of dynamic dashboards with the intention of helping the company improve the vision and analysis of this data on various axes. The primary goal of the Digitalization Americas team is to disrupt the status-quo by creating a difference in employees lives by leveraging the power of data to create smarter, more efficient and automated work processes allowing the focus on tasks with added value.
As part of your mandate, you will be asked to:
- Knowledge management: own the BI/Power Platform playbook (architectures, patterns, runbooks, “how we build here”).
- Design & reviews: Power BI data modeling, DAX, RLS, governance; Power Apps; Power Automate flows.
- Coaching & adoption: targeted end-user training on delivered solutions (demos, guides, Q&A) and ongoing mentorship of development squads to ensure rapid, lasting adoption.
- Release flow: branching, pull requests, peer review, versioning; promote Dev Test Prod using Power BI Deployment Pipelines with approvals and release notes.
- Data quality & security: certified/endorsed datasets, lineage, RLS; data contracts with process owners.
- Stakeholder enablement: translate Quality process needs into scalable, adopted digital solutions.
