Position: Marketing & Patient Growth Coordinator – Dental Clinics
Type: Full-time
Location: Calgary, Alberta (in-office, with occasional visits to clinics)

We’re looking for a hands-on marketing professional who knows how to turn ideas into new patients, reactivated patients, and full schedules—not just pretty posts.
If you love testing campaigns, tracking numbers, and seeing your work show up as real revenue growth, this role is for you.
About the Role:
You will own day-to-day marketing for our group of dental clinics, including:
- Driving new patient growth and reactivation through digital and internal campaigns.
- Managing and updating Google Business profiles, website content, and SEO basics.
- Running and/or coordinating paid ads (Google, Meta) with a focus on ROI.
- Creating and scheduling social media content that matches each clinic’s brand.
- Supporting in-clinic promotions (check-up & cleaning offers, whitening promos, implant campaigns, etc.).
- Building email/SMS campaigns for recalls, reactivation, and promotions.
- Supporting online reputation management (reviews, responses, feedback loops).
- Tracking key metrics: new patients, show rates, campaign performance, cost per lead, cost per new patient.
- Working closely with the operations and front desk teams to ensure marketing = booked appointments, not just leads.
You Are:
- Experienced in marketing (2–3+ years), ideally in healthcare, dental, or local service-based businesses.
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads/Analytics, email platforms, etc.
- Strong with copywriting and basic design for ads, posts, and landing pages.
- Obsessed with numbers and improvement – you care about what worked, what didn’t, and why.
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines. A clear, confident communicator who enjoys working with clinic teams and leadership.
