- CRM marketing automation expertise (Braze or similar)

- We’re building bold, data-driven campaigns that bring the thrill of sportsbetting and iGaming directly to our players, and we’re looking for an Acquisition Campaign Manager to help us take it to the next level
- This is not your average marketing role. Here, you’ll have the autonomy to own the process, influence strategy, and test bold ideas, all while having the guidance and support of a high-performing team
- Your work won’t sit in a deck gathering dust, you’ll see the impact of your campaigns in real time as players engage, deposit, and return for more
- Lead the Playbook: Design and execute omni-channel campaigns (email, direct mail, paid social) that activate retail audiences and drive acquisition and retention
- Plan the Next Big Move: Build campaign roadmaps with clear KPIs, creative & offer strategies, and timelines, keeping everything running smoothly across the calendar
- Segment Like a Pro: Use customer data to craft target audience segments, test personalized offers, and continually refine who we talk to and how
- Own the Player Journey: Map, build, and optimize customer journeys that move leads through the funnel and keep players engaged
- Test & Learn: Run A/B tests across messaging, CTAs, and content, then develop insights to double down on what works
- Play Fast, Play Smart: Streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and leverage automation to scale campaigns quickly
- Stay in the Clear: Ensure all campaigns meet compliance standards (CAN-SPAM and beyond) while maintaining deliverability best practices
- Track the Scoreboard: Deliver reports with key metrics and actionable insights, using data to shape your next winning strategy
- Team Up: Partner with Design, Insights, Data, and Product teams to ensure every campaign lands with impact
