📍 Position: Kiosk Manager
📍 Location: CF Promenades St-Bruno
📅 Start date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Manage daily kiosk operations (prepare the necessary quantities of fruit for the day, receive fruit and supply orders, etc.)
- Coach, motivate, and train employees
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage schedules, inventory, and fruit or vegetable orders supplies
- Ensure cleanliness, product quality, and compliance with hygiene standards, in accordance with MAPAQ regulations
- Perform cash deposits and end-of-day inventory reports
- Collaborate with the general manager and owners to optimize sales and the customer experience
- Perform kiosk opening and closing
Requirements
- Management or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Initiative and ability to resolve issues problems quickly
- Punctual, reliable, and autonomous
- Bilingual (French and English) — Spanish an asset
- Available daytime, evenings, and weekends
