This position combines analytical work with client interaction, to support our nationwide advisor network and client base. As a successful candidate, you will support a block of clients with their group quoting/marketing and in-force basic renewals. You will collect, organize and prepare key data to facilitate quoting/marketing support and renewal negotiation efforts. You will make strategic recommendations ensuring fair and sustainable renewals. You will work closely with our partner advisors and insurance carriers to support efficient case management and exceptional client outcomes including the preparation of client ready reports.

  • Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office, with three days in-office per week.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively convey information and build relationships
  • Minimum of 3 years’ group insurance industry experience in a group insurance analyst or underwriting role.
  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong mathematical, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with varying degrees of complexity effectively while meeting strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software systems including AI based programs
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously often and as part of a collaborative team when needed
