Pour les postes basés au Québec, la maîtrise de l’anglais peut être requise lorsque les fonctions du poste impliquent des communications orales et écrites fréquentes avec des équipes situées à l’extérieur du Québec, notamment en Ontario et aux États-Unis, dans un contexte où les documents de travail, les outils technologiques et les réunions se déroulent principalement en anglais. What you will do: As an Associate Sales Representative for Orthopaedics, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker's products to meet our customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance. Assists Sales Representatives in the promotion and sale of Stryker products Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products Directs product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings Keeps Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Sales informed of territory progress on a regular basis Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion Manages and maintains a sample inventory of products Has authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities What you need: Required: University Degree 1+ years of professional experience Bilingual in English and French Preferred: Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology 1+ years of sales experience Additional Information: Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations Must have a valid driver’s license Our Canadian headquarters is located in Ontario. For positions based in Quebec, proficiency in English may be required when the duties of the position involve frequent oral and written communication with teams located outside Quebec, particularly in Ontario and the United States, in a context where work documents, technological tools, and meetings are primarily conducted in English. This requirement is therefore directly related to the nature of the tasks to be performed and the responsibilities of the position. Échelles salariales au Canada / Canada Pay Ranges: Canada: 60 000 ($) - 70 000 ($), et est éligible pour gagner une commission et des avantages. Canada: $60,000 - $70,000 and is eligible to earn variable commission + benefits. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
