##Summary
We are currently seeking a**Project****Coordinator (12 month temporary term)**for our Valves, Actuation & Measurement team, in Calgary. Reporting to the Manager, Coordinators, you will be responsible for processing customer purchase orders from receipt to delivery, procuring material through both internal and external channels, order status reporting, shipment coordination and ultimately ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process. ##Role and Responsibilities
- Order management, including SAP data entry
- Accountable for the successful execution and delivery of orders, including urgent and high priority
- Process and acknowledge customer purchase orders in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Procurement responsibilities, including order placement and expediting to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate assembly and testing with production planning and technicians; process change orders as needed
- Provide proactive updates from order entry through shipment to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal partners
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
##Qualifications and Skills
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience in similar role preferred
- Exceptional and extensive communication skills and customer service practices
- Experience working in SAP an asset
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Well-developed organization and administrative skills, detail-oriented, highly accurate
- Basic project management skills including ability to plan, schedule and prioritize tasks
- High degree of initiative, discretion, and integrity
- Logical thinker, ability to make decisions and adapt quickly
- Self-motivated, dependable and accountable, reliable delivery on commitments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial work-ethic
