##What will your typical day look like?

  • Own and continuously refine the product roadmap and backlog, incorporating client, market and internal priorities.
  • Set product direction and lead delivery from ideation through launch, including key milestones, demos and release planning.
  • Partner with engineering, data, compliance, and operations to define scope, manage dependencies, and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Drive platform enhancements that increase adjudication efficiency, automation and overall case throughput.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery rituals – sprint planning, stands-ups, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Translate user feedback, defects, and usage analytics into clear product improvements, and measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to client discussions, solution positioning, and supporting materials for growth initiatives.
  • Deliver concise product updates, metrics, and demonstrations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Deloitte Claims is a fast-growing team within our Risk, Regulatory & Forensics practice. We manage class action settlements of all sizes across both private and public sectors.

We leverage some of the best-in-class technologies—cloud platforms, automation, data analytics, and secure digital communications—to streamline every step of the process. From intake and claims review to distribution and reporting, our tech-enabled approach brings speed, accuracy, and transparency to complex settlements.

We partner with litigators, in-house counsel, and courts from early case planning through final resolution, delivering expert guidance and operational precision at every stage.

##Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Business, or related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or platform delivery, with a proven ability to balance competing priorities, make informed trade‑offs, and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • Skilled at interpreting complex documents and turning them into structured, actionable procedures.
  • Strong systems thinker with the ability to connect front-end experience, backend workflows, integrations, and data.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and modern platform architectures.
  • Data-driven mindset; able to interpret metrics, query data (SQL preferred), and translate insights into product decisions.
  • Experience operating in regulated, compliance-heavy, or high-accountability environments.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked on legal tech, public-sector platforms, fintech, or large-scale case management systems.

##Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000 (Senior Consultant) or $86,000 - $144,000 (Manager), and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
