Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and overseeing the successful execution of their marketing and advertising projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management with a deep understanding of integrated production. This role will report into an Account Director (Engagement Lead).
Responsibilities
· Client & Partner Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and global agency partners, building strong, trusted relationships while anticipating needs, managing expectations, and driving client satisfaction.
· Campaign Oversight: With the support of an Account Director, oversee the end-to-end management of advertising campaigns across multiple channels (broadcast, digital, print, social, OOH), ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
· Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with planning, strategy, and creative to ensure all deliverables align with brand objectives and market insights.
· Production Collaboration: Partner with producers and external vendors to ensure seamless workflow from creative concept through final delivery, maintaining operational excellence throughout the production process.
· Project Coordination: Partner with Project Managers to create and manage timelines, deliverables, and resourcing plans; ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned and proactive throughout project lifecycles.
· Quality Control: Review all work before client delivery to maintain creative integrity, brand consistency, and error-free output.
Qualifications
· 4+ years of experience in account management, advertising, or integrated marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
· Strong understanding of the production process across digital and traditional media
· Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns and multiple concurrent workstreams
· Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Teamwork, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
· A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
· Passion for creativity, storytelling, and delivering impactful client work
