Company Overview

Established in North Vancouver in 2018, Nexx MD is a physician-directed medical aesthetics, wellness, and longevity clinic focused on delivering high-quality, personalized services in a modern and professional environment. With the opening of its second location in Coal Harbour, downtown Vancouver, Nexx MD is expanding its digital presence, marketing activities, service offerings, and client engagement strategies. We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Digital Marketing, Content & Multimedia Manager to manage Nexx MD’s social media platforms, digital content, website, marketing materials, online presence, multimedia systems, and promotional campaigns.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing, Content & Multimedia Manager will be responsible for creating and managing professional digital and print content across all Nexx MD platforms. This position requires a combination of creativity, technical knowledge, marketing experience, photography, videography, graphic design, social media management, website administration, and digital strategy. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, creating content inside a medical clinic, and maintaining a consistent premium brand image.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

Manage Nexx MD’s Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar. Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, reels, short-form videos, and long-form videos. Develop creative concepts for treatment promotions, educational content, staff introductions, events, products, and new services. Monitor social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for Nexx MD. Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries professionally and promptly. Increase audience engagement, brand awareness, website traffic, and client inquiries. Monitor platform performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions. Ensure all content complies with clinic policies, patient privacy requirements, and professional advertising standards.

Photography and Videography

Produce high-quality photographs and videos for treatments, products, events, promotions, staff profiles, and educational campaigns. Film content inside the clinic using professional cameras, lighting, microphones, and other equipment. Record interviews, treatment demonstrations, promotional videos, and client testimonials when appropriate consent has been obtained. Capture professional before-and-after treatment photographs while following clinic consent and privacy procedures. Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, the website, digital advertising, and in-clinic displays. Add captions, graphics, transitions, music, branding, and other visual elements to video content.

Graphic Design and Marketing Materials

Design brochures, flyers, catalogues, treatment menus, posters, promotional cards, presentations, advertisements, and event materials. Create digital graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, television displays, and paid advertising. Prepare marketing materials for new services, products, promotions, memberships, packages, and seasonal campaigns. Maintain consistency across all Nexx MD branding, typography, colours, imagery, and messaging. Coordinate printing and production with approved suppliers. Update existing marketing materials when services, pricing, promotions, or clinic information changes.

Website Management

Manage routine updates to the Nexx MD website. Update service pages, treatment information, staff profiles, promotions, pricing, photographs, videos, and clinic information. Create and update landing pages for promotions, events, new services, and advertising campaigns. Ensure website information remains accurate, current, professional, and consistent. Monitor website forms, online inquiries, links, and general functionality. Coordinate with website developers and external technical providers when advanced updates or repairs are required. Assist with improving the website’s design, navigation, user experience, and conversion performance.

SEO and Online Presence

Support the development and implementation of Nexx MD’s search engine optimization strategy. Optimize website pages, headings, keywords, descriptions, images, and written content. Assist with local SEO and the management of Google Business Profiles. Monitor website traffic, search rankings, online inquiries, and user activity. Research relevant keywords and competitor activity. Help improve Nexx MD’s visibility across Google and other search platforms. Maintain accurate and consistent business information across online directories and platforms. Support online reputation management and assist with monitoring online reviews.

Online Store and E-Commerce

Assist with managing and updating the Nexx MD online store. Add and update products, services, descriptions, photographs, promotions, pricing, and inventory information. Support the development of online sales campaigns and promotional offers. Monitor the online purchasing experience and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with management, suppliers, and technical providers when required. Assist with improving Nexx MD’s overall online presence and digital customer journey.

Digital Advertising and Marketing Campaigns

Assist with planning and managing paid digital advertising campaigns. Create advertising content for Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other appropriate platforms. Develop marketing campaigns for new services, events, promotions, products, memberships, and packages. Monitor advertising performance, spending, leads, and conversions. Recommend adjustments based on campaign results. Support email marketing, newsletters, client communications, and promotional announcements. Work with clinic management to develop campaigns that support client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Brand Management

Maintain and strengthen the Nexx MD brand across all digital and physical platforms. Ensure that all public-facing content reflects Nexx MD’s professional, modern, premium, and physician-directed image. Develop brand templates, content guidelines, and marketing standards. Ensure consistent messaging between the North Vancouver and Coal Harbour locations. Review materials created by external contractors, influencers, photographers, or marketing agencies. Support clinic events, partnerships, product launches, and promotional activities.

Additional Responsibilities

Work closely with management, physicians, nurses, aestheticians, and front-desk staff to identify content opportunities. Coordinate content production around clinic schedules and treatment availability. Assist with special events, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and media activities. Track project deadlines and maintain an organized marketing calendar. Research emerging marketing tools, social media trends, digital technologies, and industry developments. Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Perform other marketing, communications, multimedia, website, and technology-related duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of five years of professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, multimedia production, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Strong photography, videography, and video-editing skills. Strong graphic-design skills and experience creating professional digital and print materials. Experience managing and updating websites through WordPress, Shopify, or similar content-management systems. Experience with SEO, local search optimization, Google Business Profiles, website analytics, and digital advertising. Experience creating brochures, flyers, catalogues, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials. Experience with online stores, e-commerce platforms, or digital product management. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent organization, time-management, and project-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Ability to film and produce content in a professional medical and client-service environment. Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, wellness, luxury hospitality, or a related industry is strongly preferred. Experience with Samsung LYNK or another digital-signage platform is considered an asset.

Technical Skills

Dr. Tashakkor obtained his Medical Degree from UBC. His passion for lifelong learning led him to complete a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering. He is the book co-author of "Mastering the Art of Sustainable Weight Loss: A Comprehensive and Practical Guide for Overcoming Obesity."
