On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst – Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for a 4 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Business Analyst – Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - Job Description:
The Business Analyst will support Wealth Management initiatives built on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The ideal candidate combines strong BA fundamentals with hands-on Salesforce knowledge, particularly within the Financial Services Cloud ecosystem. This role requires translating business requirements into clear user stories, supporting testing activities, and collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
Business Analyst – Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - Responsibilities:
Partner with Wealth business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements Translate requirements into clear, structured user stories for Salesforce development teams Support testing activities, including functional validation and defect triage Analyze and manipulate Salesforce data using SOQL and Data Loader Collaborate across multiple teams (business, technology, operations) to ensure alignment Support ongoing enhancements and steady-state applications within Financial Services Cloud Contribute to data-related tasks, including data loads and data quality checks
Business Analyst – Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - Mandatory Skills:
8 years of experience as a business analyst within the Financial Services industry, with a strong preference for Wealth Management exposure, and at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Demonstrate effective leadership skills, including the ability to assume end-to-end ownership on behalf of the Product Owner during project execution Manage timely and accurate delivery of tasks for assigned projects through all stages of the project life cycle Hands-on experience with SOQL scripting and ETL and integration tools, such as Salesforce Data Loader Strong foundational Salesforce knowledge Clear communicator with strong articulation of past project scenarios Collaborative mindset; not an independent analyst working in isolation
Business Analyst – Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, Talend) Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, etc. Testing experience within Salesforce environments Experience with data migration or ETL concepts Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio, and JIRA/Confluence

This is a contract position from Jun 15th to Oct 31st, with the possibility of extension depending on funding and business needs.
