Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Account Manager located at our Fort Street location in Victoria, BC. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing relationships with clients, providing financial advice, which includes full lending underwriting and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves daily tasks such as understanding client needs, offering customized solutions, and working closely with other team members to provide comprehensive financial services.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Client Relationship Building skills
- Financial Advisory and Custom Solutions Development skills
- Customer Service and Client Satisfaction skills
- Communication and Team Collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fiel
