PCO (contrat 36+ mois)
About the role
Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un PCO pour un contrat d'une durée de 36 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.
MANDAT
- Participer à la migration du système de gestion de projet
- Analyser et optimiser les processus du bureau de projet
- Accompagner les gestionnaires de projets et autres PCO
- Établir des tableaux de bords et des indicateurs de performance du PMO
- Concevoir et mettre à jour la documentation
PROFIL
- 5+ années d’expérience en tant que Contrôleur de Projets
- Expérience dans l’amélioration et l’optimisation des processus d’un bureau de projet
- Expertise démontrée dans un projet migration d’outil de gestion de temps et de budget
- Bonne connaissance des produits Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Expérience dans un ministère ou dans la fonction publique
- Maîtrise en gestion de projet, en informatique ou l’équivalent
- Français requis
We are currently looking for a PCO for a 36-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

- Support Project Managers and other Project Control Officers (PCOs)
- Develop PMO dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Create and maintain project documentation
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Controller
- Experience improving and optimizing Project Management Office processes
- Proven expertise on a time and budget tool migration project
- Good knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience within a government ministry or the public sector
- Master’s in project management, computer science or equivalent
- French required
