What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and prioritize service requests, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with technicians and service advisors to manage shop flow and allocate work orders.
- Assess vehicle issues, provide cost estimates, and coordinate service appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and warranty paperwork.
- Stay up to date with manufacturer publications and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For?

A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

An organized multitasker who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Automotive knowledge or experience in a service-related role (an asset but not required).

A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract.
