What you’ll do:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen the Co-op brand and promote the value of Lifetime Membership Benefits across the CRS.
- Provide strategic insights and support to a network of 70+ local Co-op marketing teams, enabling alignment, collaboration, and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee enterprise membership marketing programs, including initiatives that drive member acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and long-term growth.
- Establish and lead a centre of excellence for customer and member experience, including standards, tools, and programs that enhance consistency and quality across the system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and marketing leaders to ensure alignment of brand strategy, creative direction, and campaign execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Who you’ll work with: You will report to the Director, Marketing Strategy and Support and lead a team of marketing professionals. You’ll work closely with leaders across FCL, local Co-op General Managers/CEOs, and marketing teams throughout the CRS. This role acts as a key liaison between enterprise marketing and local execution, ensuring consistency and impact across all markets.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in marketing leadership and :
- Have 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, with 5+ years focused on brand management and/or membership marketing.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business, focused in marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Have a strong understanding of customer experience and brand strategy, with the ability to translate insights into actionable programs
