This Account Supervisor role is a highly executional, project management driven, and responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of POP and direct mail programs for a large, fast-paced QSR client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-heavy environments, can manage complex production timelines, and confidently leads multiple workstreams from briefing through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management of POP and DM initiatives, from brief through production and final delivery
- Own timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring all milestones are met
- Act as the central point of contact between client, creative, production, and print vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status trackers, and production schedules
- Oversee internal production processes, including specs, versioning, and distribution requirements
- Review and approve proofs, mechanicals, and final files with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage trafficking of assets across multiple formats, versions, and regions where applicable
- Proactively identify risks (timing, budget, production constraints) and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Support client communications with clear, timely updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with scoping, estimates, and budget tracking related to POP and DM programs
Qualifications & Experience
- 4 years of agency experience in account management or project management
- Strong experience managing print-heavy projects, particularly POP and/or direct mail
- Solid understanding of print production processes, timelines, and vendor collaboration
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex workstreams simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
