The work:- Manage the complete order to cash process from order reception to final payment.

Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Ensure accurate order entry, invoicing, and payment posting.

Monitor and resolve any issues related to order processing, billing, or payments.

Verify and validate customer order information and pricing.

Reconcile customer accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Prepare and analyze reports on order status, receivables, and cash flow.

Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role in Montreal and will require 3 days per week in the office. Job Qualifications Here’s what you need:- Minimum 6 years of SAP Order to Cash experience with expertise in Direct Store Drop experience

Experience with SAP S4 sales and distribution (SD), processes, configuration and enhancements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement. role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
