We are seeking a motivated and innovative professional who will help us support Network Services and who works with a focus on continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Connecting with people from other fields. You will work closely with other technical teams and suppliers to deliver state-of-the-art solutions;
  • Participate in the development and laboratory verification of new services;
  • Certifying and operationalizing new equipment;
  • Transform a business or system problem into modular and maintainable solutions with the team;
  • Gain hands-on experience and support operational teams on cutting-edge network technologies;
  • Ensure that the solutions put in place can be supported by the operational teams;
  • The field of network automation with appropriate technical knowledge;

Critical Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience directly related to the field of telecommunications such as routing protocols, networking, Wi-Fi, etc.;
  • Technical knowledge of the configuration of Cisco equipment (Cat 6800, Nexus 5K, 7K, 9K, ASA);
  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.
  • Experience in developing network production plans (equipment configuration, rollback plan, impact assessment) based on business needs;
  • Technology certification (e.g. CCNP, CCIE), or equivalent experience and knowledge;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous improvement;
  • University degree in computer science or IT;
  • Resourcefulness: feeds on challenges and changes to find dynamic and innovative working solutions.
  • Flexibility: Works effectively with various environments, situations, tasks, responsibilities and people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • A resource who offers availability shared with his team on 7/24 coverage
  • Bilingual; In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
