Make your mark while you grow your career! Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Canadian Natural is seeking a Developer to join our robust Information Systems (IS) team. At Canadian Natural, a Developer is responsible for the analysis, design and building of information systems. Working under the guidance of an IS Business Systems Analyst you will be a key contributor in the development of application logic, user and data interfaces, data conversion scripts and reports and delivering technical solutions to optimize Canadian Natural’s Finance and Supply Management areas.
- Job location: Calgary, Alberta
- Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts
- Safety sensitive position: No

Key Accountabilities:
- Analyze, design and develop applications and integrations to support and enhance the functionality of 3rd party and custom-built solutions
- Develop and maintain functional/technical specifications and documentation
- Troubleshoot applications, fix application defects and/or data errors that are identified
- Effectively support multiple project initiatives and demonstrate the ability to handle complex work with a logical and pragmatic approach
- Work and learn in a team environment dedicated to customer service
What You Bring to the Role:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Developer
- Demonstrated proficiency in N-tier application design & development using Microsoft .Net, Blazor, REST API’s, SQL
- Experience with any or all of the following: Oracle Database, Oracle APEX, MuleSoft, Databricks, Azure DevOps, VS Code, Cursor, Visual Studio
