What you’ll do
- Contribute to the delivery of the personnel certification program and its implementation and contribute to continuous improvements of the program
- Provide a single point of contact for enquiries, advice and dissemination of information pertaining to key internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor the program performance and do the required reporting
- Work with little supervision, showing leadership and accountability
- Bring strong organizational skills to facilitate the flow of operations despite a continuous high volume of certification activities
- Act as a subject matter expert for the continuous transition to SharePoint and the decentralization of the Records Office for the division
- Implementation of new tools, and propose improvements to current workflows
Essential Qualifications:
Education:
College diploma and relevant experience and job knowledge, or a combination of education and experience.
Language Requirements:
Bilingual imperative with proficiency at CBC level. If you are unsure of your proficiency level, we encourage you to self-assess here.

Basic knowledge of the Nuclear Safety and Control Act, supporting Regulations and Regulatory Documents

Knowledge on research methods and analytical skills to support reporting and briefing
