Reporting to the Manager, Business Performance, you will play a key role in strategic projects: developing new products, enhancing client and advisor portals, optimizing processes, and implementing innovative solutions.
You will work closely with IT, Marketing, and Product teams to analyze needs, design solutions, and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Gather and document business requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
Ensure compliance and quality throughout the project lifecycle
What you'll do
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for product, digital tools, and individual life insurance applications.
Work with developers and QA to ensure compliance and quality of deliverables.
Develop test cases and validate results.
Facilitate workshops, document requirements, and ensure traceability throughout projects.
Support change management and provide technical assistance during incidents.
What you'll need
Qualifications
Bilingual - French and English - good written and oral communication
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
Experience in change management and process improvement (asset)
