Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner functions as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team with responsibility for full cycle recruiting for various roles across the company. This person partners closely with our hiring teams to identify hiring needs, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. They operate with autonomy, influence decision‑making, and drive continuous improvement across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Essential Functions

  • Lead full cycle recruiting for a diverse range and level of roles across multiple departments, from intake meetings, strategic sourcing and interviewing, to offer acceptance.
  • Act as a talent advisor, proactively identifying and engaging top-tier talent through creative and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Cultivate deep, authentic relationships with candidates to ensure a world-class hiring experience from the first point of contact to post-offer communication
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing methods and market insights.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, People Ops, and business partners to ensure alignment.
  • Partner with global Talent Acquisition Team for recruitment projects and best practices to improve and optimize recruiting processes.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to refine sourcing strategies, identify trends, and inform business leaders on talent availability and compensation
  • Help shape employer branding initiatives to position Bora as an employer of choice.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts throughout the hiring process.

Minimum Education, Experience, Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record in fast‑paced environments
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach—you understand how to use recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool.
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience recruiting for variety of seniority levels and departments
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proactive working-style and excitement to drive projects and make them happen
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics tools

Communication: Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

Organized/Detail Oriented: Highly organized and execution-focused, with strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently and professionally

Salary Range: 68,000 - 85,000
