As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle rental transactions, assist with equipment servicing, and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Your role will be key in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting project success.
Job Description:
- Provide efficient and effective customer service at the rental counter, ensuring company standards are met.
- Interface with customers by phone or in person in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
- Perform inside sales of all products and services, including rentals.
- Prepare rental and sales contracts, process equipment returns, and close rental agreements.
- Use company systems to manage equipment inquiries and maintain purchase order processes.
- Assist in prepping equipment as required.
- Keep paperwork current to ensure timely action on all transactions.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Greet and assist customers at the rental counter.
- Prepare and process rental agreements and returns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support equipment servicing and ensure readiness for rental.
Requirements:
- Related previous trench shoring experience is an asset.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction phases, job situations, and project conditions is an asset.
- Ability to demonstrate equipment and explain product applications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Important:
- Based out of our TCRS location in Edmonton.
- Permanent, full-time role.
- 5x2, Monday – Friday shift.
