About the Role - You'll be the first voice clients hear when they call for travel health services. This role blends customer support and sales - helping clients get accurate guidance, scheduled quickly, and feeling confident before they travel. Travelers are booking vaccines, prescriptions, and documentation on tight timelines, and you'll make sure they get the care they need.
What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for clients via inbound phone calls

Gather key travel details including destination, departure dates, and trip purpose

Identify time-sensitive needs and secure same-day or near-term appointments when necessary

Schedule consultations, immunization visits, and follow-up appointments with attention to detail

Build trust and long-term relationships with clients

Support leadership with administrative and project-based tasks

Manage multiple requests calmly in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
-
Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience

Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting goals

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Comfortable using Google Suite and learning new systems

Bilingual English/French required
-
Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
-
Ability to work in-person at our Downtown Toronto office
Compensation & Schedule
-
$19.00/hour
-
Set weekday schedules: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM or 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

Saturdays on a rotational basis
