Job Title: Head Chef – Birch Grove Restaurant & Take Out
Job Summary
Language: English
🏦 Work location: On site. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
💵 Salary: 29.00 to 30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week
📋 Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
📅 When can start: Starts as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
Create new recipes Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs and cooks Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Education/Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Required Skills/Experience
Experience 2 years to less than 3 years
