Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Beauty Specialist and Beauty Merchandiser based in Uxbridge, ON. The Beauty Specialist and Beauty Merchandiser will provide personalized beauty consultations, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist customers with choosing the right beauty products. The role involves engaging customers to promote sales, maintaining an organized and visually appealing display of beauty merchandise, and keeping updated on the latest beauty trends and products. Additionally, the role will require supporting various store tasks to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and create positive shopping experiences
- Experience in Sales and Retail, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and operational goals
- Basic knowledge of Marketing techniques, with a focus on promoting beauty products
- Interest or experience in beauty products and trends is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
