What you’ll do: As a Senior Software Engineer on the Integrations team, you will be a key contributor to our integrations, responsible for both technical leadership and hands-on development. You'll build the critical backend and frontend systems that allow our customers to use our product without leaving their stack. This role requires a pragmatic fullstack software engineer who can contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from architectural design to implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Your Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development: Build and enhance integration services using TypeScript, NodeJS, MongoDB, and React, AWS, Terraform with a strong emphasis on modern software engineering best practices. API Development: Design and iterate on REST APIs and infrastructure that handle over one billion requests monthly, ensuring they are robust, reliable, and integration-ready. Platform Integrations: Develop and maintain the integration layer between PostGrid's core platform and third-party ecosystems. This includes designing scalable data pipelines for CRM and ERP platforms, debugging and resolving integration failures at the API and data layer, and engineering internal tooling to automate partner onboarding and system monitoring. Partner & Integration Advocacy: Own the technical relationship with key integration partners. This includes reviewing integration architecture, identifying failure points and reliability risks, and driving engineering solutions internally to expand integration coverage, improve uptime, and ensure long-term stability across all connected platforms.

What Will You Bring To This Role:

Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience as full stack with a strong focus on integrations, APIs, or platform engineering. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, NodeJS, MongoDB Experience with scalable architecture, high load applications Hands-on experience building integrations with CRM/ERP platforms and other 3rd-party systems and internal platforms Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhook patterns and event-driven systems

Nice to have: Experience with MongoDB in a multi-tenant SaaS environment. Experience with programming languages like Rust to solve performance-intensive engineering challenges and tasks
