Role Description:
1.Minimum 8 yrs of Functional tester experience in web application, mobileand backend change testing.
2 yrs experience in Adobe AEM applications, Web SDK upgrade etc.testing

Experience is Salesforce permission, features, queues

Worked on Salesforce Sales Cloud amp Service Cloud, Classic amp Lightening Salesforce, AWS Connect, Call Center testing

Ability to write complex queries to perform data validations or set-up testdata, SQL queries amp Oracle DB.

Strong experience with minimum 6-8 yrs in SDLC, QA Processes, create and execute QA test strategy and test plan, Testing artifacts, QA best practices

Perform risk assessment analysis and provides recommendations for improvement

Had extensive experience interacting with Project Stakeholders, Business, Vendors and raising timely risks reporting

Experience in working on agile methodology

Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, functional testing based on industry best practices like Jira and confluence

Very good Communication skills, proactive and quick learner and worked as individual contributor
