Endress+Hauser Canada was founded on May 1st, 1990. The company's main office is in Burlington, Ontario and additional offices are in Montreal, Quebec, Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta. Our Channel Partners and Authorized Service Partners provide coverage and support across Canada.

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end processing of customer orders and ensure the smooth flow of goods from order confirmation to delivery. In this detail-oriented role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory, and preparing all necessary documentation—including export paperwork—to support timely and accurate order fulfilment.

This position is part of our Logistics team, where precision, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction are key. As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll work closely with internal departments such as sales, service, accounting, and marketing, as well as external vendors and customers. Your ability to manage logistics efficiently and communicate clearly will be essential in supporting our commitment to operational excellence and customer care.

Do you enjoy keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes? As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in processing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials.

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? From confirming orders and creating purchase documents to managing inventory and export paperwork, as a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for logistical accuracy and efficiency.

Do you excel at cross-functional communication? You’ll work closely with internal team-like sales, service, and accounting—as well as external vendors and customers, ensuring everyone has the information they need to keep things moving.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Confirmation of customer orders
  • Creation and maintenance of purchase orders
  • Expediting of orders
  • Creation of delivery notes
  • Invoicing
  • Creation and maintenance of material masters in SAP
  • Create estimation for air freight and exports
  • Maintenance of inventory
  • Direct liaison for customer inquiries as to the status of their order
  • Direct liaison with internal customers including sales, accounting, service and marketing Any other duties as assigned

What do we expect from you?

  • College Diploma in Business Administration with a major in Production/Operations Management or 3 years’ experience in Logistics
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with SAP platform Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
