About the Role
You will provide person-centred nursing care under the direction of a Registered
Nurse/Midwife, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality care across a rural healthcare setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to patient assessment, care planning, health education, quality improvement and the supervision of students and assistants, while continuing to develop your clinical skills and professional practice.

- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and eligible to hold a current practising certificate.
- Experience providing nursing care in accordance with professional standards of practice.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to prioritise workload, recognise changes in clinical condition and deliver person-centred care.
